Events and Programs.
Each year we have regularly scheduled events as well as a number of new and different events during the year. The events include hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities that provide an opportunity for veterans an opportunity to connect with nature but also with other veterans who shared similar military service experiences. We also support ongoing programs such as Welcome Home Veterans.

Hunting Events
Our hunting events are currently geared to veterans with disabilities. They are faced with unique challenges in hunting outdoors and our goal is to provide a safe and meaningful hunting experience. Check out our current hunting events here
Fishing Events
The fishing events span veterans with disabilities, female veterans and any veteran currently residing in MN who served in the armed forces. Some of the events are tournaments and some of the events are simply an opportunity to share a fishing experience with fellow veterans in the great outdoors. Check out our current fishing events here
Therapeutic Events
Therapeutic Events may be outdoor events or may be events that facilitate wellness through shared experiences, socialization with others or fun and engaging events. It may be a Twins game for veterans at the various veterans homes, art therapy, cooking events, crafting and more. Check our list of therapeutic events as we expand our offerings.
New and Different Events
Each year presents an opportunity to try new and different events as well as participate and support events from key partners. For example, last year, Minneapolis hosted the Paralyzed Veteran Wheelchair games. We had the unique opportunity to support their efforts by providing a meal to the participants. Supportive Programs
Supportive Programs include the Welcome Home Veterans program. It is a program throughout the state of Minnesota that provides household items to homeless veterans moving into permanent housing. The goal is to turn an empty apartment into a home. It's more than a welcome basket - it's a SUV full of items for the kitchen, bedroom and bath. Visit our Supportive Programs page for more details.
